    Like other big engines you must be registered with if you want to use Webmaster tools . Make account and login, submit your site (if you have problem with blank domain name just add WWW. before name), you also need to verify site ( i suggest to insert given metatags in your index page right after title tag)  and last move is to submit sitemap.
